MATERIAL QR CODE. Say goodbye to the hassle of finding the optimal processing parameters. It only takes two steps: place the QR code sticker/card into the machine, then click to scan and immediately apply the optimal processing parameters. (*Please note that the automatic scanning function requires a camera. Non-camera machines can manually scan the QR code to quickly obtain the optimal processing parameters.)

Material: Our 100% Pure Cast Acrylic sheets offer superior optical clarity, high tensile strength, and outstanding chemical resistance. Unlike extruded acrylic, cast acrylic vaporizes cleanly under the laser beam, creating a flawless, flame-polished edge that requires zero manual sanding or post-processing.

It is recommended to keep the original Protective PE Film or Paper Masking intact during the laser cutting process. This prevents flashback reflections, smoke fogging, and surface scratches, ensuring a crystal-clear premium finish.

Attention: It is recommended to always run a test before performing the actual laser project. When engraving clear acrylic, applying a thin layer of washable tempera paint or laser marking spray on the surface can help non-CO2 lasers absorb the beam energy for crisp, frosted engraving lines.

Attention: Please allow a ± 1/2 inch variation for length and width sizes and a ± 1/50 inch variation in thickness due to the casting manufacturing process.Vmyth Selected materials are terrific partners of vmyth laser machines.
