MATERIAL QR CODE. Say goodbye to the hassle of finding the optimal processing parameters. It only takes two steps: place the QR code sticker/card into the machine, then click to scan and immediately apply the optimal processing parameters. (*Please note that the automatic scanning function requires a camera. Non-camera machines can manually scan the QR code to quickly obtain the optimal processing parameters.)

Material: High-density, unbleached long-fiber artisan cardstock specifically blended to resist over-scorching. Our specialty laser papers allow for ultra-intricate lace-like cutting, complex micro-perforations, and delicate greeting card folding lines without tearing or yellowing at the processing margins.

It is recommended to utilize a Steel Backing Plate or Honeycomb Panel with Vacuum Hold-Down to flatten the paper sheets completely. This prevents strong air assist streams from lifting or fluttering the paper during rapid vector travel.

Attention: Paper is highly flammable; always execute laser processing under constant supervision. To get clean, unburnt filigree paper cuts, operate your laser at high speed (e.g., 80-120 mm/s) paired with minimal cutting power. Turn your air assist to a gentle flow to displace smoke without scattering tiny cut-out paper debris.
