MATERIAL QR CODE. Say goodbye to the hassle of finding the optimal processing parameters. It only takes two steps: place the QR code sticker/card into the machine, then click to scan and immediately apply the optimal processing parameters. (*Please note that the automatic scanning function requires a camera. Non-camera machines can manually scan the QR code to quickly obtain the optimal processing parameters.)

Material: Sourced from 100% eco-friendly, sustainable natural oak bark. VMYTH Selected cork sheets offer great flexibility, acoustic dampening, and high heat resistance. When processed under a laser, it yields a rich, dark-brown contrast engraving, perfect for custom coasters, heat mats, and architectural modeling layouts.

It is recommended to use Low-Tack Laser Masking Paper on the surface if your project contains heavy engraving patterns, avoiding smoke halo staining around the design perimeter.

Attention: Always run a quick engraving matrix grid before production. Because cork is porous and lightweight, intense air assist streams can cause edges to lift; using honeycomb pins to lock down corners is highly recommended. Keep your air assist on a medium flow to blow away smoke without cooling the cut too rapidly.
