MATERIAL QR CODE. Say goodbye to the hassle of finding the optimal processing parameters. It only takes two steps: place the QR code sticker/card into the machine, then click to scan and immediately apply the optimal processing parameters. (*Please note that the automatic scanning function requires a camera. Non-camera machines can manually scan the QR code to quickly obtain the optimal processing parameters.)

Material: Made from premium machine-stamped aluminum or 304 stainless steel with burr-free smooth edges, featuring a specialized outer anodized or coated layer. The precise surface oxide layer provides uniform resistance, enabling lasers to ablate, strip, or bleach the surface coating directly to produce high-contrast, razor-sharp metallic vector text without damaging or cutting the core metal.

It is recommended to ensure the metal coating blank sits completely flat on your Honeycomb Panel or Steel Baseplate. Use low-profile magnetic pins if necessary to keep the lightweight blanks from shifting under strong air assist streams.

Attention: Always run a power/speed matrix test. For anodized layers, lower laser power is sufficient to bleach or strip the dyed layer. For un-anodized bare stainless steel blanks using a diode laser, a specialized laser marking spray (like Brilliance or Cermark) must be applied to achieve a permanent fusion mark.
